With a growing pipeline of several billion NOK in residential projects, strong partnerships with top developers, and a scalable investment platform, Living Impact is transforming how homeownership is accessed and delivered. We combine customer-centric solutions with sustainable, long-term value for investors, addressing a critical need in the housing market.

We are seeking a VP of Institutional Sales to lead our fundraising efforts, secure partnerships with institutional investors, and position our groundbreaking housing fund as a leader in the Nordic market. This is a unique, career-defining opportunity for entrepreneurial professionals ready to shape the future of real estate.

Why This Opportunity is Unique

  • At this pivotal stage of growth, we are offering the chance to join as a founding member with:
  • Equity Ownership: Meaningful equity in Living Impact, ensuring your contributions are rewarded as the company scales.
  • Carried Interest: A share in the success of the fund, directly tied to performance.
  • Leadership Influence: Be part of the core team shaping strategy, operations, and growth.
  • Future Compensation: Competitive salary and bonus structure will be activated once fundraising milestones are achieved, with clear timelines and expectations.
  • This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to create a lasting impact while building wealth and a legacy.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within real estate, private equity, or alternative investments. We are open to professionals with strong networks in the institutional investment space and a demonstrated ability to raise capital. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred, and candidates must be based in the Nordic region, with frequent access to our headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

Your Attributes

  • A robust network of institutional investors and a track record of fundraising success.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Unquestionable integrity, relentless drive, and a passion for achievement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A pioneering spirit, driven by a bold vision for social impact and sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over a decade of experience in institutional sales or real estate investments.
  • A strong network in the Nordic region and beyond.
  • Expertise in navigating investment products and structuring deals.
  • Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian (or another Nordic language).

Your Responsibilities

As VP of Institutional Sales, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Living Impact’s housing fund.
  • Build and manage relationships with institutional investors and key stakeholders.
  • Represent Living Impact at global conferences and industry events, positioning our brand as a leader in Nordic real estate investment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.
  • Drive innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed capital-raising targets.
