About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and establish Living Impact as the premier brand for shared ownership housing in the Nordics. This role offers the opportunity to build and execute innovative strategies that drive customer engagement, investor attraction, and market leadership.
As Living Impact is currently in its fundraising stage, we are unable to offer a salary at the start of this role. However, we are committed to providing meaningful equity, deferred compensation, and a chance to play a key role in shaping the company’s future. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Living Impact as the market leader in shared ownership housing.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee performance marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
- Brand Building: Establish a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with customers, investors, and partners across the Nordics.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute data-driven campaigns to attract investors and homebuyers, leveraging insights to continuously optimize performance.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content in Norwegian, including blogs, videos, and customer stories, to highlight Living Impact’s expertise and mission.
- Collaboration: Build partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, and institutional stakeholders to expand our reach and influence.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Ownership Mentality: Take full accountability for marketing outcomes, driving bold initiatives to achieve growth targets.
- Data-Driven Execution: Set clear KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adapt strategies to ensure sustained success.

- Proven Marketer: 7+ years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, finance, or high-growth startups.
- Digital Expert: Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, with a proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Creative Strategist: Exceptional storytelling skills in Norwegian that connect emotionally with diverse audiences.
- Data-Driven Leader: Skilled in using analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Visionary Innovator: Bold thinker who thrives on experimentation and challenges the status quo.
- Team Builder: Experienced in hiring and growing high-performing teams in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.
