A new strategic force at Living Impact: Welcoming Jasmin Nezirevic

Starting in 2026, Jasmin Nezirevic joins Living Impact as Partner and Chief Strategy & Capital Officer.
This is an important step for us. As we scale our shared ownership platform and broader social infrastructure strategy, we need deeper capital structuring capability and stronger institutional execution. Jasmin brings exactly that.
Experienced in Capital — Not Just Talking About It
Jasmin has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, and M&A. He has led transactions across the full spectrum — from early-stage raises and growth financings to management buy-outs and institutional exits.
He is based in Frankfurt and continues as Partner at Steinbeis M&A Partners, advising on complex transactions across real estate, technology, and financial services. His background spans asset management, corporate development, and strategic advisory. He understands how capital actually moves — and what it takes to close.
Entrepreneurial Mindset, Institutional Discipline
Jasmin combines entrepreneurial drive with institutional rigor. He has co-founded ventures, worked across borders, and built a network spanning more than 65 countries. He approaches capital as a strategic tool — not just funding, but leverage when structured correctly.
He brings analytical strength, transaction experience, and the ability to translate strategy into executable structures.
What This Means for Living Impact
We are building scalable investment platforms in shared ownership housing and social infrastructure. That requires more than good ideas. It requires disciplined capital architecture.
With Jasmin on board, we strengthen our ability to:
- Structure institutional-grade investment vehicles
- Align investors around long-term, risk-adjusted returns
- Deploy capital efficiently into real projects
- Build strategic partnerships that accelerate execution
We are building a platform designed for scale. Jasmin will help shape the capital framework that supports that growth.
Welcome to the team, Jasmin.
